Well done bmc,
I too have lately been shooting lots of dragonflys and have gotten some pretty encouraging results. One tip that I would like to share with you vis-a-vis these bugs is that when I shoot them at the tip of a branch, weed, etc. I've noticed that if they fly off there is a better than 50-50 chance that they will re-alight on that very same twig, so be prepared for the return.

I have never shot a dragonfly. But, I'am tempted seeing your results.
