The Stanford Dish is a 150-foot-diameter dish antenna built in 1961 by the Stanford Research Institute (SRI). The area around the Dish offers a popular 3.5 mile recreational trail - open year-round from sunrise to sundown - known for its rolling hills and views extending to San Jose, San Francisco, and the East Bay.
