I'm a big fan of osprey photography and this one is a good one! Great exposure, sometimes it's so hard to get the exposure right all over the bird. Nice job and congratulations!

Can I find Nikonians' recent online lecture on photographing birds. I have a new Nikon d500 And am working hard on exposure settings ?

Thanks again for the comments. I have not seen this lecture. If im going out to shoot birds I will have my 150~600 c Sigma lens on. I usually have my settings at f11 and 1600 speed, I let the iso float accordingly. I also have back button focus and therefore on continuous focus. I hope this helps. The D500 is an awesome camera.
