High altitude location in Catamarca desert.

"Near" the "corner" of Bolivia/Chile/Argentina

This desert can become very dangerous in a few minutes. Strong winds can pick up, or snow even in summer.
The humidity is close to zero. This is where NASA tries out the material for the moon or Mars.
There are Inca mummies.
It is common to find there frozen dead unwary tourists.
To travel there you need an excellent 4X4 and reserves of fuel, water, food, and a resistant tent ;-)

Love the contrasts between the darks and the light. Beautiful.
