A pair of bull Humpback Whales are competing for a female that they are following. They will quit when they tire, or when one convinces the other to try elsewhere. Here you see two whales. The one in the front is obvious as his snout is on the far left on top of the wake. You can pick out the second one as it is he who is expelling the mist while breathing. His snout is directly to the rear of the smaller wake to the right of the larger wake. The second whale is actually riding on the back of the other, trhying to force it down and wear it out.
