I could have mistaken that wonderful shot for South Louisiana, but there were small things in the look of the trees and the dirt that gave it away.

This is a wonderful, classic southern image, at least to the eye of this Upstate NY boy. It reminds me of the area outside of Charleston, SC, near Magnolia Plantation. The live oaks and hanging moss give it signature character. ‘Makes me want to travel back there again, which of course is verboten for both personal and public health reasons during this pandemic.
