this old man has been plucking my Coconut trees for a few years. The young people have no interest in climbing the Coconut trees. Some of the migrants will do it but they would rather work on building sites. Here he is trimming a tree which has a fruit that only Bats eat and my wife is fed up of the Bat .... dropping on her new car Smile .

Great pic, and I appreciate the accompanying story as to what he’s doing.
As to the bats - I can understand the ‘new car fear’ - bat dropping’s are very acidic and will mark up the paint job in mere hours if not removed. Perhaps covering it somehow? On the bright side, how many women can claim to drive a Batmobile?

Cliff and Joseph, many thanks for commenting and rating. Cliff thanks for commenting on the Kingfisher and Frog Smile . Joseph, my wife is well aware of Bat dropping damage to paint. She really had a good laugh at the "Batmobile" comment. Not sure how old the guy is and he doesn't know anyone to help him Sad . We share no language, except 'sign' language. Cheers, Tom
