Well Hans, from my wife , " I am glad that he does not live in our neighbourhood" , she normally walks the dog in Levi cutoffs and T-shirt Wink . Not high fashion.

This person is commonly wearing something odd for the time of year . More of a hotel area than beach . Tee-shirt & shorts would be less of a standout .
