. When I first started shooting Pieds, I was determined to get the entire sequence Smile

. Hover ,drop(dive), strike water, emerge and fly (hopefully with fish) . The only way I could do it was with the D3S/gripped D300s and 70-200 2.8vr/300 2.8vr. With those MPs , small images. Sort of like shooting a Soccer player taking a Free Kick and trying to get him kicking and ball going to goalie or into goal. I'm just not fast enough to do it with long lens Sad

Good to know that my technical approach of point and prey works! My problem is precise focus and to date I have not conquered this
