The Alligator Farm had a good number of nesting spoonbills.

The shallow depth of field was used to highlight the bird's head and eyes.

Eric, all are superb. The "chicks" is a lot of fun and great capture. The Egret display is classic. I'm always partial to in flight/action and have only seen/shot a Spoonbill once . Well done. Tom

Thanks, Tom - it was a "subject rich" trip - and a great chance to see lots of spoonbills.
