Steps:
Throw Soldate-60 clay slowly on the wheel, measuring carefully to allow for 13.5% shrinkage.
Dry 24-36 hours until leather hard, then trim.
Underglaze.
Bisque fire.
Glaze outside only.
Fire at cone 6-10 (vitrifies more completely towards cone 10).
Cork the inside/horn contact surface with high quality 1/16-3/32" thickness cork.
Play (has a nice warm sound without interior glaze).
