Actually one of the 3 legs of the VLA. The legs are at 120 deg to each other. Each leg has 9 radio telescopes. The spacing of the telescopes can be changed to give different sizes of a virtual telescope. As show here the telescopes are at their largest spacing making 8 mile (13km) radius.
