This is a view of the Golden Gate bridge from the Battery Cranston area, south bridge entrance. Goal was to utilize a long (late afternoon) exposure to enhance the dramatic clouds and smooth the rough ocean. Uncharacteristically, it was not a windy day so long exposure times were required to achieve the intended effects. B&W processing was used to best illustrate the subject and long exposure element.

Nominated best photo for the Feb '11 Online Assignment "Long Exposure".
