I guess I've just gone rogue . . . been in the woods too long. Couldn't resist this experiment. Hey, what fun is photography if you have to be conventional?

BTW, a surprise in this image are some needle-like structures that I figure must be spider-web filaments or what?

I totally agree with your philosophy. Books by Freeman Patterson (Photo Impressionism and the Subjective Image)have been my inspiration. Keep at it!
