Most likely a female... she was sitting on the edge of litter trap in Maribyrnong River. This part of the river is located in a heavily industrial part of Melbourne, and she was a beautiful sight amid the sound of heavy traffic and freight trains. Being a sophisticated city gal, she didn't seem to be easily phased and she was quite close to the bank.
