Definitely a once in a lifetime capture. So many difficulties with this type of shot and it all came together at one critical moment. Outstanding!!

Incredible shot. I have the 80-400 VR too, and all I ever read on the forums is how it is no good for bif shots. I'll admit the AF is slow, but looks like you've got the hang of using that lens really well. Congratulations - wonderful capture.
