this is cropped more than I would like, but I like this shot taken from my vehicle on a cloudy day. Coffee filter WB preset. A bit of PP color boost.

Hello Cary, this is a beautiful photo of a wonderful looking bird. Love the berry in it's mouth. Nice DoF, detail, light and colour...the coffee filter has worked well. What app did you do your PP in?

Hi and thanks! sorry to take so long to reply.


My workflow is uncompressed RAW into Capture NX. I usually do curve, contrast/brightness, bit of color boost, saturation/warmth to even the boost and then sharpen the subject only. I hope to learn about printing soon.
