Study in how IR film reacts to human subjects. Notice our "red head" is now blonde and that any fabric that should be black is now much lighter (her top and possibly the camera strap though it might have been gray). My theory is that even black fabric has red fiber in it and the red filter blocked it out. That's just my guess though. Anything leather or plastic or synthetic in material (camera and strap ends) stayed very black though.
