It's a close-up of tiny bubbles(the biggest one is about 1mm in size).The magnification factor is about 20X using a 20mm2.8ais Nikkor inverted in a bellows using a Nikkormat FT loaded with a FujiVelvia100F crossprocessed at ISO400. No PS manipulation or cropping - greenish cast is due to the reaction of the film being crosspressed.
