I was reading an article yesterday about String theory and discussions about time and its existence. It gave me an idea for an image I have called Collapsing Time. My first attempts were to zoom my 35-70 lens at a slow shutter speed for the effect I was looking for, but I didn't like it. So I just took an image of a clock at 35 m and at 70 mm instead. The odd exposures were because I didn't change my setting from my first attempts. D810 with 35-70 f/2.8 zoom at 70 mm f/11, 1/2s, -1 EV, ISO 80 and a second one at 35 mm with ISO 125 and everything else the same. I did my usual flow of open file in CNX-D to create flat file, move to PSCS6 Extended and process with Picture Postcard Workflow. But now I needed to create my effect in the 3D module of PS which I am trying to relearn, so this took awhile to get it right.
