Steps:
Create twisted 2-4 mm canes from clear and colored borosilicate glass.
Fuse the canes to the inner and outer walls of a borosilicate glass test tube.
Twist, pull, compress, and shape; then cut open the end of the test tube with glass shears to form outer petals.
Kiln-anneal overnight at 1050 degrees.
