Well, glamour glow was used selectively-- mostly in the sky area and some in white surfaces----- pro contrast selectively used to balance the histogram;
Brilliance/warmth applied selectively, too. Post processing is done mainly in CS4 (layers & masking) and some tweaking in Viveza.
