Walked out in the backyard today at 4pm and noticed a clump of Dove feathers. Started following the feather trail and when it ended I looked up in the tree and was startled to see this Coopers Hawk staring down on me while holding his claw up (picking it clean). He stayed put for about an hour allowing a chance to get the camera and take many photos. Many hawks taking advantage of the Dove in my yard. The Dove are like pests there are so many. They bully all the other birds off the feeder and bath.
