This was put together for a challenge on 'Digital Artistry' in the landscape forum.
A bracketed 3-shot image of Loch Morlich (Scotland) on a fairly benign day, transformed by Photoshop.
The original 3 shots were merged to a HDR blend through Photomatix pro, and then partially desaturated. A cyanotope effect was applied to a copy of the file, which was then duplicated, overlaid on the 'original' desaturated image, and the blend modes in Photoshop were manipulated to increase the contrast and 'weight' in the cloud cover
