The shot was taken near Keetmanshoop, Namibia, around sunset. I used both my new D70 and 12-24 DX Nikkor @ 12mm, 1/15 sec and f/16. The camera was supported by a Gitzo tripod with Markins ballhead. I also used the remote control to fire the shutter. The image was directly converted from NEF, white balance was unchanged. No color corrections were done, only some slight levels adjustments and usm.
