Oooh - this brings back memories (not really very fond) of the 6:00 AM morning workouts in early January, frozen deck and burning toes as you jump in the water. 6-7,000 meters before classes and 8,000 meters in the afternoon. Most people have no clue the work distance swimmers put in the water. Thanks for the memories...
