Excellent windmill shots; have you ever gotten to Kinderdyk? I was able to spend a month in Holland back in 2007, mostly businees, but I had my weekends free, a car, and my backpack full of gear, so I explored the country as much as possible. What a beautiful country.

I haven't been to Kinderdijk yet but plan on it before I move. The ones I took the other day are right beside our village. I decided to go out and take some photos. We have a windmill in our village too that I have to get some of too. Windmills are everywhere around here. Gonna get as many photos of them as I can before I leave and maybe do up a photo book of the different ones.

A photo book is a great idea, so many different windmills. Best of luck with that.
If you get a few free minutes, take a look at my gallery; I posted a few of my Holland shots a while back. Some of the places may be familier to you. I was based in Alblasserdam, about 20 km east of Rotterdam, and only 2 km from Kinderdyk; but I was able to spend time in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Keukenhof, Scheveningen, Dordrecht and several other spots that offered amazing photo opportunities. Enjoy your time there.

Yeah there are like 10 just around my neighborhood. Ok maybe not that many. LOL... But they are everywhere. And you can see in my gallery I have been to Keukenhof. A photographers dream. Love that place. We have went every year so far. And Scheveningen is another great place. I love the beach so perfect for me. And of course Amsterdam. We have been a lot of places in Europe and are planning lots of other trips. I have 3 more years in Germany when I leave here in May.
