While walking for exercise the other day, I saw these strange growths (fruit?) on this tree on the sidewalk. They look almost like tubers, and since I am not a Botanist by training I have no idea as to what kind of tree it is. Shot hand held with D700 and 35-70 AFD f/2.8 lens at f/16, 1/80, Ev-0.33, ISO 200 at 58 mm.
