Hi there,
As I am totally new in photography and playing around with aperture and shutter speed, could you please let us know what settings have you used to achieve this depth of field? What lens, aperture, shutter speed, etc.

George, this photo was focus stacked (several images are combined to increase DoF). This one consisted of 5 images taken @ f11 & 2x magnification with a Tamron 90 + 68mm tubes. The shutter speed was 1/200 but that is irrelevant here as it was full flash so the shutter speed had no effect on the exposure.
