I have 9 grandchildren, but only 3 grand daughters. Jena is my oldest grandchild and a college student. She has a black belt in Karate. This was an experimental shot with my new D700 taken in her mothers kitchen by available light. Hand held D700 with 70-200 f/2.8 VR at f/5.6, 1/30, ISO 1000, 98 mm. Processed in Capture NX2 and copyright added in PS CS3 Extended.
